On 27 December 2007, Xingye Copper International Group Limited （505.HK）, for which BOCI was the sole global coordinator, bookrunner, sponsor and lead manager, was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and its closing price represented a significant increase of 93.53% as compared to the offer price. The Xingye Copper IPO is the BOCI's finale act on the Hong Kong new listing market for 2007. The successful listing of Xingye Copper further testifies the leading position enjoyed by BOCI in the new stock underwriting marketing in Hong Kong, once again proving BOCI's strong ability for independent execution.
