24 January 2008, BOCI was one of the joint-bookrunners in the Neo-China Holdings initial bond issue. The deal was a successful one and had developed a bond-warrant structural product. It was nominated as "Best high-yield bond" by ASIAMONEY and has raised the profile of Bank of China and BOC International’s influence in the Asian bond market.
