The Joint venture asset management company under BOCI, BOCI-Prudential recently won the 2008 Lipper fund award “ Mixed Asset Group Award-3 years”, and Asia Asset Management Magazine’s 2007 Most Improved Retail House. In addition, the BOCHK Conservative Growth Fund won the “Mixed Asset USD Conservative-3 Years”. These awards lead us further to consolidate and enhance the corporate image and market position of Bank of China, BOCI.
BOCI-Prudential achieved excellent performance in different business. Series of open-ended investment funds’ performance continued to improve and Macau’s pension business development was also successful. Besides, investment consultancy services products (investment-linked products) increased sales and the MPF business continued its steady growth. All these support a sustained and rapid growth of the asset management business.
