As an Administrative Assistant/ Departmental Secretary of the Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) Department, your duties include but are not limited to:
 

a) Responsible for the provision of administrative and clerical duties for the Department;
b) Work closely with all ECM professionals as well as other staff members of the Group to ensure the assigned works are completed efficiently, effectively and professionally; and
c) Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 1 year or above secretarial or administrative support experience in the front line business of financial institutions/ banking/ MNC sector;
  • Self-motivated, mature and detail-minded, with good communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Excellent command of English and Putonghua

Equity Sales and Research Business Management

 

Business Development Executive

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support new initiatives/ projects of business development in the areas of retail sales, trading and FI products, including but not limited to:
    • Liaise with other departments/ divisions on the workflow and procedures to make sure new business initiatives are supported and delivered on time and in an effective manner;
    • Project coordination, project status monitoring, management report preparation, etc.
    • Conduct UAT, provide timely feedback, etc.
  • Assist and support the China business and other markets development
  • Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business, finance, economics or equivalent;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Institutions; with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management; overall FI market practices and product knowledge required;
  • Good communication, inter-personal and project management skills;
  • Self motivated and able to meet deadline;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua a MUST

Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively develop and maintain high net worth client relationships;
  • Promote and cross sell the full range of products and services to our existing and potential high net worth clients;
  • Build and maintain the Company's AUM and revenue;
  • Identify new clients, develop and expand the existing client base
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relationship management experience in private or premier banking; with own client base preferred;
  • Possess HKMA/ SFC licence or equivalent, with CFP/ CFA qualification an advantage;

  • Provide advice on the company's products and services;

Retail Trading
 
 

To cope with our growing business needs, we cordially invite high caliber candidates to join our Retail Trading business:

 

The jobholder will be mainly responsible to assist the Project Manager for the project management to revamp, streamline or follow through the existing or new initiative on securities/ futures trading/ dealing process, procedures and work flow analysis, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitate the project implementation, such as liaise closely with the business users to gather business requirements, participate in scope definition process, including data, report and query requirements, etc;
  • Prepare related documentation (e.g. functional and non-functional business requirements, specification documents, front-to-end flow between different systems, if applicable, etc) for business signoff;
  • Review existing work flow/ documentation and make recommendation on proposals for streamlining/ enhancement;
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant internal parties, e.g. Legal & Compliance, Operations, Risk Management, Finance, IT, etc. to ensure that the project design meets with business requirements/ specifications;
  • Review, monitor, analysis and provide timely feedback on issues, risks, and status of all tasks assigned to Project Managers during the project implementation process; and
  • Other duties as required by the supervisor

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5-year relevant experience including at least 2 years in trading / IT / operations or risk management functions with securities brokers or investment banks;
  • SFC licenses of dealing in securities / futures an advantage;
  • A team player, good in communication and negotiation skills
