Requirements:
Qualified candidates should:

Demonstrate commitment to the investment banking industry;

Possess an accredited university Bachelor (for Analyst level) or Master's Degree (for Associate level) in any discipline, preferably in business or relevant areas, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or a "B" average;

Have a positive working attitude, good character with the drive to be a professional in a specialized sector within the investment banking business;

Have good references.
