Objective:
To give fresh university graduates an opportunity to pursue a career in the investment banking business with BOCI.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates should:

Possess high integrity and energy, have a positive working attitude, good character and the ambition to be in professional management in the Investment Banking business;

Demonstrate commitment to the investment banking industry;

Possess an accredited university Bachelor (for Analyst level) or Master's Degree (for Associate level) in any discipline, but preferably in business, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or a "B" average;
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English; Ability to speak other Asian languages and dialects (e.g. Shanghainese) will be an added advantage;

Have good references.
