Front Office
Equity Derivatives
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will work in equity derivatives, in the areas of sales, trading or research functions, to support the equity trading businesses.
Requirements:
- Ph.D degree holder or final year student for the PhD degree;
- Or MBA degree holder or final year student for the MBA degree;
- Relevant academic background in the areas of financial engineering, management science, finance, economics or engineering, computer science or equivalent;
- Exposure in financial industry preferred;
- A team player, well-organized and self-initiative;
- Good communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Private Wealth Management
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation services to our high net worth individual clients and serve as integrated solution providers of investment products, investment schemes, financial planning and other personalized wealth management services;
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with existing and potential clients, promote company' s business or products to them, and introduce them to open investment accounts with the Company or its Affiliates which suit their needs; as well as process and follow up client orders and transactions within the corporate guidelines and relevant regulations;
- Participate in marketing campaign and promotional activities of private wealth business
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, aggressive, confident and result oriented; have a strong desire for a rewarding career and to exceed the sales target;
- Post secondary level with 6 years or above relevant working experience in financial / banking/ MNC sector, including 2 years of management experience;
- Holder of SFC license (paper 1, 7 & 8) required;
- Presentable, excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Flexible, good problem solving skills and leadership skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Perform general operator/ reception duties include handling phone calls, incoming/ outcoming document and meeting arrangement;
- Manage the Client Meeting Center, duties include greeting/ serving clients, maintaining the Client Center facilities, decorting the Center / assisting in cocktail party for special occasions/ festivals, etc;
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the designated department/ team;
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- 2 years or above relevant working experience, exposure in financial / banking/ MNC sector preferred;

Responsibilities:
- Execute trade, place order and/ or open accounts for clients;
- Handle incoming inquiries/ telemarketing activities;
- Prepare presentation materials, coordinate promotion and events;
- Coordinate marketing communications activities including advertising/ promotions/ research/ public relations of Hong Kong and China;
- Assist in other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with professional qualification in HKSI preferred;
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trading financial products in security / financial industry or equivalent;
- Excellent customer services and communication skills; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua a MUST;
- Mature, organized, detailed minded and able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in computer operations;
- Travel to PRC may be required
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible for providing support to ESOP sales team, including but not limited to:
- Prepare presentation materials, e.g. powerpoint, guidebook, excel file, etc., for business development;
- Assist to work out business plan or workflow under supervisors' guidelines;

Requirements:

Investment Services
Responsibilities:
- Assist in placing clients' trading orders on Global Securities and Futures products and handling clients' enquiries;
- Facilitate daily dealing operation within the Futures Dealing Team, including credit control, margin call, etc.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
- Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC in dealing securities / futures trading;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Responsive, sensitive to numbers and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of English and Chinese, Putonghua a MUST;

Retail Trading
Responsibilities:
Handle clients' enquiries and to render stocks/ futures dealing in a 24-hour call center environment.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, graduated in business related disciplines preferred;
- A licensed representative registered with SFC preferred;
- Relevant experience in financial institutions or Securities Firms preferred but not essential;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good PC skills including hands-on experience in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Proficiency in spoken Putonghua a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general trader or securities dealer functions, such as order execution, clients' enquiries handling, credit control and margin call, etc.
Requirements:
- Licensed with SFC as Representative and HKEx as Authorized Clerk;
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling AMS system;
- Highly initiative ,independent & able to work under pressure;
- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Research
Responsibilities:
- Translate research papers/ market analyst/ reports/ articles/ financial column in financial industry from Chinese to English;
- Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above in translation or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years’ solid relevant experience in financial or related industry;
- Working knowledge in financial market required;
- Excellent Chinese-to-English translation skills;

Responsibilities:
To lead a small professional team to set-up the accounting functions for a new business line, and handle financial accounting, statutory reporting and regulatory reporting of the designated group of companies. The job holder is also required to assist to build, maintain and update the financial compliance polices in accordance with banking ordinance and HKMA requirement, participate in system enhancement, provide advice/ guidance to junior staff and handle other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting with a professional qualification of HKICPA or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience and familiar with the rules and regulations of Exchange Fund Ordinance/ Banking Ordinance or the working practice of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority
- Exposure in investment banking industry or related financial institutions an added advantage
- Good writing skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management and external parties

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Mutual Fund Applications;
- Perform the business requirements on how the system works;
- Provide daily and promt support to business users;
- Involve in design, analysis and maintenance of applications;
- Responsible for the solutions from both business and technical perspectives;
- Develop solutions, design overall system and solution architecture, system integration and implementation strategy;
- Ensure on time delivery and meet the needs of the user within the constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in bank/ financial institution, perferably with Mutual Fund business knowledge;
- Working knowledge in the following areas:
- Java, VB, Excel Macro, Crystal Report, . Net, Windows services, Oracle, SQL, Sybase, Access, Stored procedure, HTML, XML, JSP, Web Application Server;
- Good knowlege of financial products;
- Proactive, self-motivated and analytical thinker;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and be a team player;

Responsibilities:
As a team member in our IT Division, the job holder will be responsible for supporting and developing applications in the front to back office, including:
- Provide daily support and development of applications for Fixed Income trading desk and Risk Management Division;
- Liaise with software vendors for version upgrade;
- Participate other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking industry, particular in the areas of fixed income and/ or risk management sectors;
- Experience in C++, Java, VBA, Oracle/ Sybase, SQL, Stored procedure and UNIX;
- Familiar with risk measurement and position keeping systems such as Sophis;
- Strong knowledge of fixed income products is highly desirable;

Risk Management
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for credit risk assessment, monitoring and control of commercial banking business;
- Assess clients' backgrounds, conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations;
- Conduct margin calls and liquidation actions;
- Prepare credit risk reports on a regular basis;
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with finance and accounting professional qualifications preferred;
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant risk management experience in financial sector, exposure in commercial banking business an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Securities and Futures Ordinance and prevailing market practices in Hong Kong;
- A team player with strong analytical and communication skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good writing skills essential;
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Words, Excel / VBA and Chinese Word processing
Responsibilities:
- Provide quantitative support concerning valuation and risk modeling;
- Carry out validation of pricing models;
- Conduct price verification on derivatives instruments, securities and structured products, covering Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income trading book;
- Review new products and evaluate the adequacy of the setup for risk capture, monitoring and valuation;
- Participate in ad-hoc system implementation projects
Requirements:
- Master degree in Finance, preferably with a quantitative focus;
- 4+ years working experience in risk management or product control functions;
- Good quantitative and analytical skills;
- Broad technical knowledge of financial markets, models and products is desirable;
- CFA or FRM designation holder preferred, but not essential;
- Solid IT skills including Visual Basic Macro programming and experience in setup spreadsheet based pricing models;
- Good communication and inter-personal skills; self motivated and able to meet deadline and work under pressure
Others
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible for providing clerical support to the designated team, including but not limited to:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the designated team, e.g. data input, scan document, etc
Requirements:
- Secondary level or above with some clerical experience preferred;
- Good communication skills, responsible, mature and details oriented;
- Proficiency in computer operations, e.g. MS Office, in both English and Chinese typing skills
Working Hours:
(a) Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm (morning and afternoon sessions);
(b) Mondays to Fridays from 6pm to 10pm (evening session); and/ or
(c) Satursdays, Sundays and/ or Public Holidays from 9am to 6pm
Commitment to work at least one session per day and 2 days per week preferred
