BOCI helped Haitong UniTrust International Leasing Co., Ltd. (Haitong UT, 1905.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 3 June 2019 as the Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers. The offering price is HK$ 1.88 per share and the proceeds was approximately US$296 million (HK$2.3 billion).

Haitong UT is a large and fast-growing financial leasing company in China, and is also the sole leasing platform and one of the key strategic segments of Haitong Securities, a leading securities firm in China. The Company’s businesses comprise financial leasing, operating leasing, factoring, entrusted loans and other loans, as well as advisory services. Haitong UT ranked third among foreign-funded financial leasing companies approved by the MOFCOM in terms of total revenue in 2017 and total assets as of December 31, 2017.
