BOCI assisted Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. successfully listed on the CEINEX’s D-Share Market in Frankfurt

Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. (“Qingdao Haier”, stock code 600690.SH) has been listed on the China Europe International Exchange (CEINEX)’s D-Share market in Frankfurt on 24 October, 2018 after the completion of the Global Offering (D-share stock symbol: 690D GY), becoming the first Chinese company to be listed on the D share market. BOCI acted as a co-lead manager in the IPO. Qingdao Haier has raised around EUR278 million from its D-share IPO based on the offer price of EUR1.05 per share. This IPO has attracted Silk Road Fund, China-CEE Fund, Rechi Precision Co., Ltd, etc. as cornerstone and anchor investors.
