BOCI helped Midea Real Estate Holding Limited successfully listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Midea Real Estate Holding Limited (the “Midea Real Estate”, stock code: 3990),  announced its successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) on 11 October, 2018 with an offering size of around US$390 million.  BOCI Asia Limited is one of the Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers.
