Yancoal Australia Limited (the “Yancoal” or the “Company”, stock code: 3668), Australia’s largest pure play coal producer, announced its successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”).  The offering size is US$ 1.78m with the initial offering price of HK$ 23.86.
