IVD Medical Holding Limited (the “IVD Medical”, stock code: 1931), announced its successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) on 12 July, 2019 with an offering size of around HK$931 million.  BOCI is the Sole Sponsor, Sole Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.

IVD Medical is a distributor of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products in the PRC. The Group is the third largest distributor in Shanghai IVD Market and the fourth largest tier 1 IVD distributor in the PRC in 2018. The Group also engages in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of their self-branded IVD products. The Group has an expansive distribution network with an extensive hospital coverage.
